Supported Living
Westside Community Focus' Supported Living Program serves 60+ clients who reside in either Multnomah, Washington or Clackamas Counties. We work with our clients who live in the community, either in their own homes or with family members. We offer residential supported living in Portland to these clients which can range anywhere from assistance in housekeeping to going with them to medical appointments to helping clients find a new place to live. Group Homes
Are you looking for a safe environment where adults with disabilities can receive all of the support they need while enjoying a fun and vibrant community? Westside Community Focus operates four group homes in Multnomah County; Yamhill Street Group Home, Vancouver Street Group Home, Woodstock Group Home and Tenino Group Home. Each of our group homes is capped at five residents and includes a 24/7 onsite support staff. Learn more about our Portland group homes!
